Preparation

After the chicken is cleaned and washed, cut into pieces.

Once the saute is ready, add lemon juice. Remove the pan from the heat and put the chicken pieces, which remain in this seasoning to taste for about 30 minutes.
Then remove the chicken from the stew and cook it on the coals. Make a rice made using the stew to accompany the chicken.
