Combine the maple syrup, chili sauce, onion, vinegar, mustard, and worcestershire sauce in a shallow bowl.

spread the chicken wings in the mixture and put them to marinate; cover and store for at least four hours in the refrigerator. turn the chicken wings occasionally. roast them in the oven or on the grill, dipping them occasionally with the sauce and leave them until well done. this recipe can also be made with chicken feet.

  • 125 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml chili sauce
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 15 ml prepared mustard
  • 5 ml worcestershire sauce
