Preparation

Heat a small skillet and drizzle a little oil. Beat the eggs and make 4 small omelets, leaving a portion unused. Reserve. Put two more tablespoons of oil in the pan and make a thicker omelet with the remaining eggs. Cut in ½ inch square and set aside for garnish. Fry onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes. Add the minced pork, stirring until cooked. Place the 4 omelettes, the soy sauce, salt, pepper and rice in the prawns, letting them fry. Always stirring, for 10 minutes, over low heat. Garnish with chopped omelettes, red pepper, ham, crab meat, celery and onion slices. For 6 people.
