Preparation

place the oil, onion, garlic, leeks, celery and shellfish in the saucepan. cook over low heat for 20 minutes. stir the preparation at times.

add the rice, salt and cook for half an hour or until the rice is done, stirring to avoid sticking.

let stand a few minutes and serve hot.
