Preparation

In a separate pan, add enough oil to brown the garlic, then add (removed, with a ladle, from the clay pot) the broth of the stew, and remove the bacon broth tablet.

Proceed as follows, to place the table flour (cassava): dissolve each cup (one by one) in another of water and gradually add, stirring, to the boiling broth of the pan.

Taste the seasoning, being careful not to make it salty.

Serve in a clay pot, which is to keep the temperature very hot.

  • 3 cups of table flour (manioc flour)
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 bacon broth
  • Salt to taste.
