Preparation

The day before, put the chickpeas to be soaked in water seasoned with a little coarse salt.
On the day, drain the chickpeas, dry very well on a kitchen towel. Heat a frying pan with oil and chilli.
The chickpeas are fried.
After fried, remove the chickpeas, drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with fine salt.
