Preparation

Put the flour in a bowl, mix with a little fine salt and gradually add warm water and knead.
Knead well until a hard but malleable dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth. After 30 minutes, small balls the size of a plum are removed and spread with the roller on a floured table, forming a circle with a diameter of 12 cm.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, greased with butter, for a while.
Put the circles and cook for 1 minute on each side.
