Surrounded by forest, these cottages are next to Lake Puolamajärvi and a reindeer farm, 30 minutes’ drive from central Pello. They offer free use of a lake-side sauna and row boat.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is featured in all Puolukkamaan Pirtit Cottages, as well as a seating area with a TV, sofa bed and fireplace. They also include a private sauna and washing machine.
BBQ facilities in a garden and bicycle rental are available on site. Puolukkamaan Pirtit staff can also arrange shuttle services.
Fishing and swimming from a sandy beach is possible next to the cottages. The surroundings provide nice snowmobile trails, along with cross-country skiing and hiking paths. Ritavalkea Ski Resort is an 18-minute drive away.
