Das Bratislavaer Stadtmuseum (slowakisch: Múzeum mesta Bratislavy, kurz MMB) ist ein Museum in Bratislava, Slowakei, das 1868 gegründet wurde. Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in der Altstadt, in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes im Alten Rathaus. Das Museum ist im Besitz einer der 11 Förderorganisationen der Stadt Bratislava.
Das Museum dokumentiert die Geschichte von Bratislava von den Anfängen bis zum 20. Jahrhundert. Das Bratislavaer Stadtmuseum ist das älteste Museum in der Slowakei, das seit 1993 in Betrieb ist.
Das Stadtmuseum Bratislava verwaltet acht Spezialmuseen mit neun Dauerausstellungen in der ganzen Stadt:
Museum der Stadtgeschichte: Hauptmuseum, das archäologische Funde und Dokumente sowie die Geschichte der Pharmazie, Kultur, des sozialen Lebens und der Numismatik zeigt
Museum für Waffen und Stadtbefestigung im Turm über dem Michaelertor
