Situated within the lush Okavango Delta, surrounded by African landscapes and bushveld, the rustic Mapula Lodge is a small camp offering a restaurant, bar and outdoor pool. The Maun International Airport is a 45-minute flight away.
Featuring a thatched-roof, the chalets at Mapula Lodge feature African-inspired décor and come complete with a mosquito net draped over the bed. Each unit has a private deck offering views of the lake and bush. The rustic bathroom has a bath and an outdoor shower.
The buffet-style restaurant serves a selection of dishes and guests can relax and enjoy a drink at the cosy bar. Packed lunches can be arranged upon advance request.
The camp has a 24-hour front desk and activities include fishing, whilst others range from game drives, bird safaris and hiking. The lodge is located on a small island and is accessible by flight charter.
