The resort was recently refurbished, designed by Melbourne based studio Hecker Guthrie, the interiors offer a neutral palette with touches of colour that are inspired by the reef – coral, blue and green. Complimentary WiFi is available for guests in some guest areas.
At Lizard Island, the following is inclusive in the room rate: gourmet meals, non-alcoholic beverages, a fine selection of wine, beer, basic spirits and Champagne, in-room mini bar, deluxe picnic hampers and the use of motorized dinghies, stand-up paddle boards and clearview kayaks. Premium wines, spirits and private dining can be arranged for an additional cost.
Lizard Island is a 60-minute flight from Cairns.
