In the middle of a green landscape and in a quiet secluded area, this family-run hotel is situated at a height of 600 metres in Hunsrück, right on the German “Edelsteinstraße” (a 70-kilometre long stretch where precious stones are manufactured and sold).
The view stretches from the highest mountain in Rhineland-Palatinate over to the Idarkopf, a mountain on the other side of the range. Destinations such as Idar-Oberstein, Bad Münster and Trier are all easily reachable from here.
Feel close to nature and enjoy a beautiful holiday with hiking and barbecues. Why not visit the "Edelsteinpark" (Park of Precious Stones) in the town of Kempfeld, which is one of the attractions along the Edelsteinstraße.
For our sporty guests, we can recommend the heated open-air swimming pool in Morbach (about 7 kilometres away), the Edelsteingolfplatz (a golf course) in Kirschweiler (also about 7 kilometres away) and also the tennis courts in and around the area.
