Ferienhaus Warmuth is located on the outskirts of Köstendorf and offers its guests horseback riding and free WiFi. The provided apartments all come with a sofa bed and a balcony or a terrace. Lake Presseggersee is a 5-minute drive away and the ski area Nassfeld is within a 15-minute drive.

From November to April, the Nassfeld Premium Ski Card is included in the rate and offers discounted ski passes (subject to season), discounted use of a ski depot at the bottom station of the Millennium Express Cable Car, discounted ski rental for children and adults, and discounts on the guided winter programme. Free express ski service is offered until 23 December.
