Flachau’s Ferienhaus Oberberg is just a short walk from the local ski lifts. The residence has an outdoor sauna and can be reached on skis in good snow conditions.

Sled runs and cross-country ski trails can both be reached on foot in 1 minute. Flachau’s village centre is a 10-minute walk from Ferienhaus Oberberg. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be visited there.

Altenmarkt and the Amade thermal baths are both 5 km away. Flachau is a popular starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.
