A library, recreation room, utility room, bedroom and bathroom can be found on this floor as well. On the first floor you will find four more bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A large private garden provides a view over the swimming pool measuring 12x6m (open Apr-Oct) and several terraces. There is also an outside kitchen, bowling alley and table tennis available. The homeowner provides the opportunity to rent his boat. if you’re interested please contact the home owner in advance.
From the domain several walks will lead you through the meadows and forests and the river Charente. Within 2km from the house you find a baker, butcher and grocer. In small towns like Hiersac and Angouleme there supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques and a daily market. The region is also suitable for cycling trips.
