Many hiking routes are possible in the area and Isora Viewpoint can be reached in 20 minutes’ walk. There are also routes from Isora to Timijiraque and El Pinar.
A couple of restaurant-bars can be found in Isora, as well as a small supermarket. San Andrés is 10 minutes’ drive away and also offers some dining options.
El Hierro Airport is a 30-minute drive from Casa Abuela María. Boats to Tenerife leave from La Restinga, 20 km away.
