It is an old building, located on the coast of the Uruguay River, in front of the mouth of the Perucho Verna River, between the city of Colón and Pueblo Liebig. Its appeal dates from 1869, when an Italian family named Colombo acquired 50 hectares belonging to Justo José de Urquiza.

Bautista Colombo (son) directed the works that were carried out there and for which the property was taken: the construction of a stone pier, a large shed and a tunnel designed to connect the gates of the house to the port. Works that were unfinished due to the death of the owner.

There are still some buildings dedicated to the exploitation of lime, such as ovens, tanks and docks, supporting it in a landscape of sublime beauty, the salty and wooded coast of the Uruguay River.

It is accessed by an extensive neighboring road between Colón and Pueblo Liebig.
